  • 1/4 lb diced turkey slices
  • 1/4 lb diced turkey pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup diced provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2/3 cup diced grape tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup mild banana peppers
  • 1/2 sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 12 tablespoons banana pepper juice from the jar
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Freshly cracked pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together all dressing ingredients: mayonnaise, parmesan, apple cider vinegar, banana pepper juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, turkey meats, onion, tomatoes, banana peppers, and cheeses.
