  • 1 large head of cauliflower (cut into small florets)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (24oz) jar marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, & Italian seasoning to taste
  • Turkey turkey pepperoni (or toppings of choice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place cauliflower florets in a baking dish; drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Toss to coat.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes until tender and slightly browned.
  4. Remove from oven, add marinara sauce evenly over the cauliflower, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Top with turkey turkey pepperoni or any desired toppings.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
