  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Prep by washing and cutting broccoli into bite-sized florets.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add ground beef and cook until browned (about 5–7 minutes). Drain excess fat.
  3. Add broccoli, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for another 5–7 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.
  4. Lower heat and stir in heavy cream along with half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until creamy.
  5. Top with remaining cheese, cover, and let it melt for about 2–3 minutes before serving.
