  • 2 lbs Ground lamb
  • 1/4 cup Onion (grated)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 8 Bamboo skewers

Instructions

  1. Soak bamboo skewers in warm water for about 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. In a large bowl, combine grated onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dill, cumin, sea salt, black pepper, and ground lamb until just mixed.
  3. Divide the mixture into 16 equal portions and mold each portion around a soaked skewer.
  4. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill kebabs for about 3 minutes on one side; flip and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Allow kebabs to rest for a few minutes before serving.
