  • 1/2 cup whole milk (room temperature)
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 34 tbsp whole milk (for glaze)
  • 1/2 tsp lavender extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder; set aside.
  3. Combine granulated sugar, lemon zest, and culinary lavender in a large bowl, rubbing them together until fragrant.
  4. Cream softened butter into the flavored sugar mixture until light and fluffy. Gradually add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in fresh lemon juice.
