- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh minced garlic

- 1/2 cup croutons (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
