  • 3 oz box orange jello mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 3.4 oz box instant vanilla pudding
  • 8 oz cool whip
  • 2 cups mini vegan marshmallows
  • Two 15 oz cans mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 20 oz can crushed pineapple (drained)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the orange jello mix with boiling water. Whisk until dissolved, then add cold water and whisk again.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for about 15 minutes until slightly thickened.
  3. Stir in the instant vanilla pudding mix, scraping down the sides for even mixing. Return to the fridge for another 15 minutes.
  4. Gently fold in the cool whip, being careful not to deflate the mixture.
  5. Add mini vegan marshmallows, well-drained mandarin oranges, and crushed pineapple. Fold until combined.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
