  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground meat, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Add diced bell peppers, onion, garlic, and zucchini; sauté until softened.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce and diced tomatoes; simmer for a few minutes.
