Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by combining olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook basmati rice in chicken broth over medium heat until fluffy (about 15 minutes).
  3. Grill marinated chicken on medium-high heat for about 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
