  • 1 package SureJell Pectin
  • 4 1/2 cups sugar

  2. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil and boil for 1 minute.
  3. Add sugar, stirring until completely dissolved.
  4. Return to a rolling boil for another minute.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before pouring into sterilized jars.
  6. Seal jars with lids and process in a water bath canner for 8 minutes.
