  • 1 cup (240g) almond butter
  • 2 tbsp (42g) honey
  • 1/4 cup (30g) vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup (40g) mini dark chocolate chips
  • 12 tbsp (15-30ml) unsweetened almond milk (if needed)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, almond butter, honey, vanilla protein powder, and peppermint extract until well combined.
  2. If the mixture is too dry, add unsweetened almond milk 1 tablespoon at a time until it reaches a dough-like consistency.
  3. Gently fold in mini dark chocolate chips.
