  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • For glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar, 2–3 tbsp milk, ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream and vanilla until combined.
  5. Gradually incorporate the dry mixture with milk alternately until just combined.
  6. For the swirl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Pour half the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mix, then top with remaining batter and gently swirl with a knife.
