  • 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 1/2 cup dry white grape juice
  • 1.5 cups mushroom stock
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • Fresh thyme sprigs
  • smoked paprika
  • sea salt
  • black pepper
