  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, divided
  • 1 (14 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 3 tablespoons chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs, ground cinnamon, and melted butter in a bowl. Reserve 1 tablespoon for topping.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch pan to form a solid base.
  3. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, and half a teaspoon of vanilla until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with granulated sugar and remaining vanilla until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread half of the creamy filling over the crust, then drizzle cranberry sauce on top and spread gently.
