  • ¾ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1½ cups mashed ripe banana
  • â…“ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup Nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×4-inch loaf pan with nonstick spray.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one by one, then incorporate mashed bananas, yogurt, and vanilla.
  4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Microwave Nutella for about 10 seconds to soften it. Take one cup of batter and mix in the Nutella.
  6. Alternate spooning plain batter and Nutella batter into the loaf pan; gently swirl with a knife.
  7. Bake for 60 to 70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.
