  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¾ cup almond butter (or cashew butter)
  • ½ cup chocolate protein powder
  • ¼ cup maple syrup (or honey or agave)
  • ¼ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • ¼ cup chocolate chunks
  • ¼ tsp instant coffee

Instructions

  1. Line a tray with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, almond butter, chocolate protein powder, maple syrup, and instant coffee. Add almond milk and mix until well combined.
  2. Fold in the chocolate chunks and form the mixture into 16-20 balls about 1.5"-2" wide.
  3. Place on the prepared tray and freeze for about 15 minutes until firm. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
