  • 1 cup confectioners sugar

  • 2/3 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons orange zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, combine cold butter, confectioners sugar, and all-purpose flour until crumbly. Press the mixture into an ungreased baking dish and bake for about 15 minutes until lightly golden.
  2. While the crust bakes, whisk together eggs and granulated sugar in another bowl. Gradually stir in the remaining flour, freshly squeezed orange juice, and orange zest until combined.
  3. Pour the filling over the baked crust and return it to the oven. Bake for an additional 25 minutes until set but slightly jiggly.
