Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box yellow cake mix (15.25 oz)
  • 1 box instant lemon pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 4 large eggs
  • For the glaze: 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil, orange juice, and eggs. Mix with an electric mixer on medium speed for about 2 minutes.
  3. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. For the glaze, heat powdered sugar, orange juice, and butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat until melted.
  5. Once the cake cools slightly, poke holes in it and pour the glaze over while still in the pan. Let it absorb for at least 15-20 minutes before inverting onto a platter.
