  • 1/2 tbsp coconut butter
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy.
  3. Add almond flour, pumpkin, maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice; mix until combined.
  4. For a smoother batter, blend using an immersion blender.
  5. Lightly grease a donut pan and fill each cavity about three-quarters full with batter.
  6. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
