  • 1 large egg (or pasteurized egg)
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • 1½ cups mascarpone cheese
  • Ladyfingers or alternative for layering

  3. In another bowl, combine mascarpone with remaining whipped cream.

  6. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat layers.
  7. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
