  • 3/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: 4 oz melted chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup, and salt. Stir until a dough-like consistency forms.
  2. Shape the mixture into individual bars by hand or press it into an 8×8 lined pan.
  3. Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
  4. If desired, melt chocolate chips and coat the tops of the bars before cutting them into squares.
