- 2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 1 cup granulated sugar (or honey)
- 4 cups water (still or sparkling)
- Ice cubes for serving
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- Rinse raspberries under cold water. Slice peaches into thin wedges.
- In a blender, combine raspberries, peach slices, and 1/4 cup water. Blend until smooth. Optional: strain to remove seeds for a silkier texture.
- In a large pitcher, mix the fruit puree with freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar (or honey), stirring until fully dissolved.
- Gradually add the remaining water while stirring to combine all ingredients well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
