  • 200 g block of feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 head of garlic, top sliced off
  • 1 lemon, quartered
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 20 g fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss cubed potatoes with 1 tablespoon olive oil, thyme, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
