  • 8 grams dry yeast
  • 25 ml sunflower oil
  • 500 grams flour (plus extra for dusting)

  2. Stir in sunflower oil and gradually sift in flour until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
  4. Gently stir down the dough; cover again and rest for another 30 minutes.
  5. On a floured surface, shape the dough into a loaf or rolls, resting for another 10 minutes.
  6. Place on a lined baking tray, make decorative slashes on top, and preheat oven to 230°C (446°F).
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
