  • 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 cup apple juice
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves

Instructions

  1. In your slow cooker, combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, white sugar, apple juice, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Cover and cook on Low for 4 to 5 hours or High for about 2 hours, stirring once every hour.
  3. Once done, allow to cool slightly before transferring to jars.
  4. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or freeze for up to six months.
