  • 2 1/4 tsp active rise yeast
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
  • 10 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped chocolate
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 7 oz vegan marshmallows crème
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Warm milk to 110℉ and mix with yeast; let sit until frothy.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, salt, and sugar.
  3. Combine wet ingredients (yeast mixture, beaten eggs, and butter) and mix into dry ingredients.
  4. Knead dough for about five minutes until smooth; let rise until doubled (about one hour).
  5. Prepare filling by creaming butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, chocolate, and graham cracker crumbs.
  6. Roll out dough into a rectangle, spread filling evenly, roll tightly, and cut into pieces.
  7. Place in a greased baking dish; let rise again for 30 minutes.
  8. Preheat oven to 350℉; bake for approximately 23 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Drizzle with vegan marshmallow crème mixed with water while still warm.
