Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together ricotta cheese, almond flour, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, almond extract, egg, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each mound. Gently flatten and sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
  4. Bake for 15–20 minutes until edges are light golden and centers are set but soft.
