Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bag frozen chopped spinach (10 oz), thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 block cream cheese (8 oz), softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed but still cold
  • 1 egg (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, Parmesan, mayonnaise, garlic powder, black pepper, and the drained spinach until well combined.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface into an even rectangle. Spread the spinach mixture over the pastry, leaving one long edge empty.
  3. Roll up the pastry tightly from the filled side to the empty edge. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for about 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the chilled log into half-inch rounds and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Brush each pinwheel with beaten egg and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
