  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 16 ounces dried spaghetti
  • 16 ounces marinara sauce
  • 8 ounces sliced provolone cheese
  • 2.25 ounces canned sliced black olives

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, olive oil, parsley flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 2-inch meatballs and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. While baking, cut circles from provolone cheese and place one on each meatball after baking.
  6. Top each cheese circle with a slice of black olive for pupils.
  7. Return to the oven for another 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese.
  8. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; heat marinara sauce in a separate pot.
  9. Serve spaghetti topped with meatball eyeballs.
