  • 1 whole lemon, zested
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 teaspoons sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Add 2 cups of water to the bottom of your roasting pan.
  3. Mix melted butter, white grape juice, and stock in a saucepan; warm gently.

  6. Stuff the turkey if desired; tie legs together.
