  • 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • For Brûlée Topping: 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out pie crusts into ramekins or one large pie dish and prick the bottom with a fork.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add eggs, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice mix, grated orange peel, and sweetened condensed milk; blend until smooth.
  3. Pour filling into prepared crusts and bake for about 40 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
