  • 1½ cups shredded turkey
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Panko breadcrumbs for coating (optional)

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, stuffing, and shredded turkey. Mix well until evenly distributed.
  2. Season with black pepper according to taste.
  3. Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized balls.
