  • 1 cup sugar cookie mix
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles (divided)
  • 34 ounces almond bark or additional white chocolate for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Melt white chocolate chips in a double boiler along with sugar cookie mix, sweetened condensed milk, and butter until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and half of the holiday sprinkles.
  3. Line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper, spray lightly with cooking spray, and pour in the fudge mixture. Smooth it out evenly.
  4. Press remaining sprinkles into the top of the fudge.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until set.
