  • 2 heaped teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 4 large apples
  • Dairy-free milk (for brushing)
  • Vegan caramel sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Peel and slice the apples thinly. Toss them with sugar and cinnamon in a bowl until well coated.
  3. Roll out each sheet of puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares or rectangles.
