  • 3 cups cauliflower florets
  • 3/4 cup gluten-free flour (or chickpea/almond flour)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened nondairy milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1/2 batch homemade teriyaki sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together nondairy milk, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Place Panko breadcrumbs on a plate for coating.
  4. Dip each cauliflower floret in the batter, allowing excess to drip off before rolling in breadcrumbs.
  5. Arrange coated florets on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Flip the wings and bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and coat each wing in teriyaki sauce before returning them to bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
