  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 3 & 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 2 (3.4 oz) boxes vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries
  • 1/41/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • Pretzel sticks
  • Mini vegan marshmallows
  • 46 oz white chocolate
  • 2 tsp coconut oil (for melting)
  • Crushed pistachios for "moss" in dirt & rocks

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together cold milk and vanilla pudding mix; let it thicken.
  2. Crush Oreos in a food processor or ziplock bag until coarsely crumbed.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold in vanilla extract gently.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth; combine with thickened pudding mixture and fold in whipped cream.
  5. Layer crushed Oreos and creamy filling in your chosen dish; repeat layers and finish with crushed Oreos on top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
