  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

  2. Beat in eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  4. Fold in semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and crushed peppermint candies gently.
  5. Chill the dough for about 30 minutes (optional for thicker cookies).
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden around edges but soft in center.
  7. Allow cooling slightly before transferring to wire racks.
