  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (sliced)
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil (sliced)
  • ⅛ cup balsamic glaze
  • Crostini or sliced veggies for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small baking dish, combine halved cherry tomatoes, olive oil, sliced garlic, oregano, and sea salt. Toss gently to coat.
