  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 ¼ cups mayonnaise
  • ⅔ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha (or to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed chicken breasts with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  2. Thread the marinated chicken onto soaked wooden skewers (4-5 pieces per skewer).
  3. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey until smooth.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F and arrange skewers in the basket without overcrowding.
  5. Cook for 11-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove skewers from the air fryer and drizzle with reserved bang bang sauce before serving.
