  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Season chicken slices with blackened seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear chicken for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
