  • 4 salmon fillets (56 ounces each)
  • 8 ounces crab meat, drained and chopped
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup diced bell peppers
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 whole egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons panko bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then cut pockets into each fillet.
  3. In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, bell peppers, garlic, parsley, egg, and Old Bay seasoning until well combined.
  4. Stuff each salmon pocket generously with the crab mixture. Top with panko breadcrumbs.
