  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 24 squares graham crackers (crumbled)
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 can (12 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden brown, then allow it to cool.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, and lemon juice until smooth.
  6. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and return it to the oven for another 15-20 minutes until set.
  7. Let it cool completely before chilling in the refrigerator for at least two hours before slicing.
