  • 2 tablespoons Lower-Sodium Tamari/Soy Sauce

  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 lb Cucumbers
  • 1 cup Shelled Edamame
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 0.5 cup Green Onion
  • 2 tablespoons Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • A pinch Aleppo Pepper Flakes
  • 23 tablespoons Fresh Basil (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together avocado oil, rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, lower-sodium tamari/soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, and Aleppo pepper flakes (if using).
  2. Slice cucumbers into rounds or half moons and place in a large mixing bowl.
