  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp allspice
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup old-fashioned whole rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup cold salted butter
  • 1 egg for wash

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the pie crust by combining flour, salt, and sugar; cut in cold butter until crumbly. Add ice water slowly until dough forms.
  3. Chill the dough for at least two hours, then roll it out into a pie pan.
