  • 1/3 cup drained pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 chopped red onion
  • 19 oz frozen cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup halved grape tomatoes

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, oregano, Italian herbs, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper until smooth.
  2. Cook tortellini in boiling salted water according to package instructions (about 3-5 minutes) until al dente; drain and rinse with cold water.
