  • 2 lbs chicken tenders, thighs or breast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 stick butter (113g)
  • 810 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (to taste)
  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add minced garlic, hot sauce, and red pepper flakes; stir until fragrant.
  2. In a bowl, mix together parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Marinate chicken in the garlic butter mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Brush skewers with remaining sauce and cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
