  • 8 ounces mango-pineapple salsa
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 large yellow bell pepper (sliced into strips)
  • 1/2 cup diced mango
  • 1/3 cup pineapple tidbits
  • Fresh cilantro (optional)
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
