  • 1/2 cup low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or gluten-free alternative)
  • 4 jalapeños, seeded and diced
  • 4 egg whites
  • 6 tbsp fat-free cream cheese
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, jalapeños, egg whites, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
