- 1 lb White Fish Fillets (Cod, Mahi-Mahi, or Tilapia)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 2 Limes (juice and zest)
- 2 cups Shredded Cabbage
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- Corn or Flour Tortillas
- Marinate the fish fillets with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper for about 15 minutes.
- While marinating, prepare the Zesty Lime Crema by mixing sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice and zest, minced garlic, and cilantro in a bowl.
- Toss shredded cabbage, carrots, and red onion with sugar in another bowl and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated fish for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and flaky.
- Warm the tortillas in the skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble tacos by placing fish on tortillas and topping with slaw and Zesty Lime Crema.
