  • 1 lb White Fish Fillets (Cod, Mahi-Mahi, or Tilapia)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Limes (juice and zest)
  • 2 cups Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • Corn or Flour Tortillas

Instructions

  1. Marinate the fish fillets with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper for about 15 minutes.
  2. While marinating, prepare the Zesty Lime Crema by mixing sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice and zest, minced garlic, and cilantro in a bowl.
  3. Toss shredded cabbage, carrots, and red onion with sugar in another bowl and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated fish for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and flaky.
  5. Warm the tortillas in the skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
  6. Assemble tacos by placing fish on tortillas and topping with slaw and Zesty Lime Crema.
