  • 4 prepared flatbreads
  • ½ cup whole-milk ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup pesto
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
